Reviews are written by customers and users themselves. Companies can reply publicly to a review, but they cannot edit what the user wrote. rev.africa collects opinions from across Africa so that other people can decide with better information.
On a company page you need to sign in to record your review. If the company shows you its QR code, you can leave your review from there without registering.
Yes. Reviews go through moderation before they appear on the company page. This filters out spam, insults and content that does not describe a real experience.
Of course. Voice is the quickest way, but you can always type your review or correct the transcribed text before sending it. If speech recognition fails or your browser blocks the microphone, simply type the review.
rev.africa lists companies (legal entities) operating in African countries, starting with Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania and Uganda. Profiles are created from publicly available information, mainly the company's own website. We do not list sole traders or private individuals.
Yes. Every company is notified by email when its profile is published. You can claim the profile for free and correct it, or write to [email protected] from an address linked to your company and ask us to remove it.
